UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Stonegate Thistle Press is a printer and publisher in Orlando serving local and national clients. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
