UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rook Markets Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
