UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Atlanta. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
