UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vale Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
