UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Community Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
