UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Rivermark Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Baltimore. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
