UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Ironwood Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Cleveland, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
