UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Summit Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Charlotte, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
