UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Haven Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in St. Louis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
