UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fox Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
