UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Nova Ember Press is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
