UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Savannah area. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
