UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Wichita, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
