UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Redstone Amber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Omaha. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
