UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Silverline Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Memphis serving students and families, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Families are partners. What you will do • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
