UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Silverline Maple Press Partners prints books, catalogues and packaging from its St. Louis plant, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in press runs. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
