UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Nova Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Phoenix caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
