UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Summit Beacon Financial Associates is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
