UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Silverline Wren Banking Services is a regional lender in Little Rock with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
