UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Union Health is a healthcare provider in Wichita with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
