UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Bluepeak Bright Press is a printer and publisher in Colorado Springs serving local and national clients, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
