UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Health Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
