UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Redstone Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Omaha, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
