UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Foxglove Vale Markets is a Miami retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
