UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Seattle. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
