UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Baltimore. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 722 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
