UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Transit Planning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in ridership counts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
