UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Redstone Rook Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
