UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Rook Financial serves customers across Atlanta with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
