UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Loom Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Oakland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
