UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Yarrow Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
