UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Financial serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
