UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Umber Banking Services Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
