UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Clear Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
