UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Greenridge Iron Markets serves neighbourhoods around Raleigh with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
