UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Redstone Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Tulsa design routes and schedules. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
