UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Highbridge Pine Financial Group serves customers across Miami with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
