UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Boston. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
