UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Westbrook Granite Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
