UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Banking Services is a regional lender in Las Vegas with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
