UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Clear Arts Center Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around exhibitions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
