UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Louisville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
