UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Bluepeak Bright Press produces print and digital publications in Cincinnati. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
