UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Summit Bright Markets serves neighbourhoods around Knoxville with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 844 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
