UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright North Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around school calendars that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
