UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Rivermark Bright Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Families are partners. What you will do • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
