UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Transit Planning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
