UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Foxglove Iron Insurance Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in claims. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
