UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Summit Lakeside Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Tampa with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
