UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Greenridge River Markets is a Virginia Beach retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
